• Can my cake have a special theme? Yes, cakes can be specialised to you theme and requirements.
• Can I put a image on my cake/ cupcake? Yes, a image can be printed in edible icing onto your cake and also available for cupcakes. And all you have to do is email the image through to elevenses.cakes@gmail.com. Images are at a additional cost.
• Can I ask for a cake in your images? Yes, all cakes on this website are available for order(subject to availablity).
• How many days before delivery should I order my cake? 5-10 working days preferably, specialty, allergy free and vegan cakes 14 working days. We will notify you if less time is acceptable or if more time is needed.
• Do you delivery? Yes, we deliver to all areas within 30km of the bakery. We do not deliver to areas outside of the 30km mark. And we do not deliver on sundays or after 13:00 on Saturdays. Subject to change. Delivery must be confirmed and paid for in advance 5-10 working days before depending on distance and event.


Terms and conditions.

• Because every product is individually handmade the end product may vary from the images.
• Anything over and above the standard decorations will be charged for.
• Once any payment is made the terms and conditions are therefore confirmed to be read and agreed on, please note it is your responsibility alone to read these terms and conditions.
• The decorations on the cakes in the images are considered extras and will be charged as extras.
• Any changes made to the standard will be charged for. Products are made to specific recipes, we cannot therefore make it more or less of a specific item, eg Cannot make it more vanilla tasting or darker chocolate. If this is requested we cannot be liable in anyway for the taste of the completed product.
• we will do my best to avoided price increases however  we are dependent on suppliers therefore, Prices subject to change without notice.
• No changes to the original agreement will be allowed 4 days before the delivery date.
• While every care is taken with all the ingredients we cannot be held responsible for reactions, illnesses or anyother conditions for the consuming thereof.
• Once the item has been collected or delivered it is no longer our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible any damage that may occur.

•An order is only officially placed with payment of the deposit or agreed upon amount. Unless special requirements have been discussed.

•We cannot be liable for errors made if they are mentioned in the invoice, Please ensure that you read and agree to the entire invoice, if not please specify the errors. E.g incorrect date, flavour, colour, etc.

• Product must be returned within 12 hours to be considered for refund if the terms in this are met.

• Once the item has been collected or delivered the design cannot be questioned. The product is presented to you on collection or delivery to insure that you are satisfied before the product leaves our premises or care. Once it has left any complaints will not be viable.
• A minimum of 5 working days will be allowed for orders under R500.00, all orders above R500.00 will be minimum 8 working days. Specialty, allergy free and vegan cakes 10 working days.
• All orders with less than the 5 day requirement will be charged R50.00 extra per day over and above the fee of the item/s, AND payment must be made before the order will commence.
• Working hours: Tuesday to Friday9:00- 17:00. Saturday 9:00 – 12:00. Sunday 10:00 – 11:00. Mondays CLOSED.
• Derlivery:  Deliver to all areas within 30km of the bakery, at a rate of R6.00 per Km(Subject to change). We do not deliver to areas outside of the 30km mark. And we do not deliver on sundays or after 13:00 on Saturdays. Subject to change. Delivery must be confirmed and paid for in advance 5-10 working days before depending on distance and event.
• Collection must be done before 17:00 on weekdays, 16:00 on Saturdays and 12:00 on Sundays.
• Payment must be made before the order will commence, no late payment will be accepted and no additions will be accepted without payment first.
• Deliver addresses, times and dates must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before deliver, no changes will be accepted within this time.
• Refunds will only be made for a viable reasons.
• If any customer fails to comply with the above, no refund can be made.
• Orders cannot be cancelled within 4 days and orders cancelled 5 days or more from completion will only be refunded 50% of the full amount.
• The terms and conditions are subject to change without warning and you will be notified via email if they change during an order.

• A redo or fix is the same as a refund, therefore no refund will be made thereafter.
• The items in the designs are subject to availability and must be ordered in the required time, which will be given on enquiry.
• If orders are changed within 5 days of delivery the mass produced decorations will have to be used as handcrafted items take time to dry.
• The prices on the website are not final and you will be notified of the change before the order is placed.
• If an order is placed and not paid for in advance then the prices can change when the order is placed and you will be notified of the change in price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise discussed or agreed.
• If products are not consumed within 12 hours of collection we cannot be held responsible for them in any way.
